|I started taking 3,000 - 4,000 mg of D3 every day since Aug 2009, when flu outbreak happened. I got no vaccines. I usually get bronchits 4 times a year, bad. I haven't been sick with a cold or bronchitis since I started every day vitamin D3, it really strengthened my immune system! No colds in a year and a half.
